Featured Project: Cornwall Sign Project — From Concept to Installation
This special project for the City of Cornwall perfectly illustrates the technical precision required to create a high-impact professional sign.
The Design: We utilized 1-inch thick letters and images. This specific thickness was chosen to provide significant depth, allowing the branding to "pop" off the surface for a 3D effect.
The Technical Build: Precision is key. Each letter was tapped at the back so that pins could be inserted. This "stud mounting" technique ensures a clean look with no visible fasteners on the face of the sign.
The Installation: Our team drilled precise holes into the brick wall face to thread the studs, creating a sturdy, permanent installation that can withstand the elements.
