Located in Harbour Industrial Park, Bridgetown, W Plaza at Welches required a multi-element architectural signage system to establish strong visual branding, improve site navigation, and maximize property visibility day and night.
AGC Signs engineered and custom-fabricated a tailored suite of illuminated directional and exterior branding structures built to withstand coastal atmospheric conditions while offering a sleek, premium finish.
The Scope & Technical Specifications
1. Custom-Fabricated Illuminated Directory Sign
Engineered to deliver clear tenant direction and site navigation, this freestanding illuminated cabinet balances structural durability with high-contrast readability.
Structure & Finish: Built with a high-strength aluminum extrusion cabinet and a fully welded aluminum internal frame, finished in premium Sherwin-Williams Urbane Bronze.
Illumination & Graphics: Features custom push-through white acrylic lettering for the signature “W” emblem, along with illuminated “Plaza” text, directional arrows, and tenant guidance details.
Engineering Highlights: Custom-painted aluminum returns with an integrated 120V photo sensor for automatic dusk-to-dawn lighting control.
2. Oversized "W" Entrance Feature Sign
Positioned at the primary site entrance to welcome visitors, this statement installation establishes immediate visual identity for the plaza.
Fabrication & Finish: Custom oversized 3D aluminum “W” centerpiece finished in a custom Pantone-matched exterior paint application.
Base & Accent Detailing: Anchored by a bronze-painted aluminum structural base featuring high-contrast, precision-cut white aluminum lettering.
3. Front-Lit Building Wall Sign
Designed to capture traffic and maximize building recognition from surrounding roadways, this large-scale wall structure provides vivid nighttime visibility.
Lettering: White LED front-lit channel letters designed for uniform, energy-efficient illumination.
Backer & Mounting: Mounted to a custom-painted aluminum backer panel supported by a fabricated structural aluminum frame engineered for secure wall anchoring.
